What is Talent Bootcamp
Talent bootcamp is a registered 501c3 not for profit program that provides advanced recruiting & talent education to communities underrepresented in the start-up and growth sector. This first-of-its-kind curriculum provides an access to the expectations top tier companies have of their recruiting teams, managers and output. Our mission is to accelerate the trajectory of our students careers by providing information and mentorship from industry leaders. The program lasts 10 weeks and covers 9 key areas blending classroom learning, with hands-on participation.
What do we do
The TBC Program has 4 main components: Individual Student Branding, Recruiting Interview Preparation, Group Classroom Learning, and 1:1 Work sessions. Students will walk away with a Classes are limited in size to provide the best experience for each student
Individual Student Branding: Alignment of all student external branding to tell a singular story. Includes professional headshots for LinkedIn, and resume review
Recruiting Interview Prep: Each student will receive an Interview Prep Sheet, that will be populated with learnings throughout the semester. The sheet includes career summaries, transition summaries and an overview a map of key information related to their resume.
Group Classroom Learning: 60 min classroom learnings focused on a single topic area in talent. Each topic area is outlined below. All students attend together
1:1 Work Sessions: Following each classroom section are at-home exercises that are reviewed in a 1:1 session with the teacher. Each work session will also include a Interview Prep Sheet session that applies learning directly to the skills displayed on the resume of the student.
